Would you like to learn a simple new way to deal with stress that has been practiced by other cultures for thousands of years?
Would you like more energy?

Love
If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions then attending a six-week Qigong (pronounced ‘chee gong’) Class could benefit you. Spring Forest Qigong is a form of meditation exercises that has been practiced in China for thousands of years.
Love
In this six-week class participants will learn simple Qigong exercises & meditations to manage stress, increase energy, ease tension and enhance overall health and well being. Individuals will learn self-healing techniques and the benefits of Qigong.
Love
In addition individuals can use Qigong in the workplace to stay centered, make good decisions, and enhance co-workers’ interactions. This in turn leads to a more peaceful work environment and less missed work days.

Preparing for Qigong Class
  • Please wear comfortable clothes that do not constrict your body.
  • Limit or avoid wearing scented lotion, perfume and cologne.
  • Do not have anything cold to drink 30 minutes before your session. The cold energy will interfere with the flowing of the Qi (energy). Hot or warm beverages are fine.
  • Do not eat 30 minutes before the exercises. The digestion process will absorb energy that otherwise would be used for healing.
