Preparing for Qigong Class
- Please wear comfortable clothes that do not constrict your body.
- Limit or avoid wearing scented lotion, perfume and cologne.
- Do not have anything cold to drink 30 minutes before your session. The cold energy will interfere with the flowing of the Qi (energy). Hot or warm beverages are fine.
- Do not eat 30 minutes before the exercises. The digestion process will absorb energy that otherwise would be used for healing.
