About PSYCH-K™
Your life is a reflection of your beliefs. These beliefs – usually subconscious – are the cumulative effect of life-long "programming." As a result of past negative programming, we sometimes think and behave in self-defeating ways. If you desire something that never seems to manifest, there is a great possibility that you have a limiting belief in your subconscious mind. You can Will all you want, but until you change the subconscious beliefs, it’s like 2 parts of you working against each other. PSYCH-K™ helps you by changing beliefs that sabotage you into beliefs that support you...quickly and easily. Unlike positive thinking and affirmations which use the assistance of the conscious mind for change, a PSYCH-K™ process goes directly to the sub-conscious by using balances to create new, rewarding beliefs.

The session focuses on positive, uplifting beliefs you wish to create and live by, rather than the restrictive beliefs of the past. Through different balances, PSYCH-K™ aligns your conscious and subconscious mind to work together to achieve your goals and dreams.

Types of Sessions offered:

Address specific, personal goals: These sessions are devoted to aligning your beliefs around the goals you want to achieve to accelerate overall personal growth.

Core Belief Balance: This process addresses 13 core beliefs that often keep us from realizing our full potential in life. This balance prepares the mind-body system for accelerated change. This balance only needs to be done once in a lifetime.

Belief Points: Using 12 energy points on the body derived from ancient acupressure, you gain valuable information about the ways you are limiting yourself in a given situation. These points make beliefs easy to access and easy to change.

Life Bonding Balance: The "trauma of birth" and the "fear of death" are two powerful aspects of human experience. This balance utilizes breath as a means of reprogramming the negative impact of these influences in our lives. By directing the breath back and forth between these two power points in the body, you release the stress associated with the birth and death experience.

Relationship Balance: This balance will help you release personal issues with others and better understand the lessons in any relationship. It will provide a clearer perspective on the value of relationships between parents and children as well as between spouses, friends, and lovers.

Number of Sessions:
Most clients are usually able to change a multiple number of beliefs during one session. PSYCH-K™ goals can be transformed within in an average of 3-6 sessions. Some goals may have many limiting beliefs associated with them and may require more than one session to identify and change all the beliefs. Most clients notice some kind of shift or change immediately following a session and the change will continue to integrate over the days and weeks ahead. Some clients schedule additional sessions to work on other problems and some return periodically for “tune ups”.

How Did PSYCH-K™ Come To Be?
PSYCH-K™ was originated in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. It was a response to the frustration that came with the realization that typical counseling techniques, which rely almost exclusively on "insight" and "motivation," seldom create real and lasting changes. Rob has spent 14 years developing and improving PSYCH-K™. His background in business and psychotherapy creates a results oriented approach to personal change. PSYCH-K™ was inspired by a variety of processes, some contemporary and some ancient. It deals with the part of the mind called the subconscious, which is capable of creating dramatic and lasting changes quickly and easily.

What is Qigong?

Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is an Ancient Art of Healing practiced in China for over 5000 years. Qi = life energy and Gong = the work/benefits acquired through practice. Therefore, Qigong means working with the life force energy.

Qigong works gently with your energy system to remove blocks and open up your channels, filling you with the balanced energies of the universe. By restoring the normal flow of Qi, the body naturally and innately returns to balance so we can remain healthy physically and spiritually.

Qigong promotes serenity & relaxation, peace, happiness, and joy. It wakes up the internal life force to balance and keep our Qi flowing freely. It has been known to enhance ones life in unexpected ways. Just 20 - 30 minutes of daily Qigong meditation can bring profound results into your life.

What is a Qigong session like?


Qigong feels wonderful, like a massage for the soul, accelerating the healing process. You leave feeling a little lighter with a smile on your face. Within 15 minutes, you feel relaxed. Qigong is primarily done in quietness. You sit fully clothed on a chair, in a relaxed or meditative state. I will stand a short distance from you and will use my hand to detect energy blockages. After that, many different hand motions will be used to pull in energy from the universe to clear the blockages. At times you may feel a gentle fanning from the sweeping of a hand near the body & movement of energy. Afterwards simple daily Qigong exercises and/or meditation techniques will be shown to obtain the benefits and relaxation from this ancient art.

Preparing for Qigong Class
* Please wear comfortable clothes that do not constrict your body.
* Limit or avoid wearing scented lotion, perfume and cologne.
* Do not have anything cold to drink 30 minutes before your session. The cold energy will interfere with the flowing of the Qi (energy). Hot or warm beverages are fine.
* Do not eat 30 minutes before the exercises. The digestion process will absorb energy that otherwise would be used for healing.

PSYCH-K™ is a way to change your limiting beliefs into positive, life enhancing beliefs. I learned about this process to improve your life in the book “Biology of Belief” by Bruce Lipton. Fortunately I was able to take the class from a wonderful Psychotherapist close to my area. It has been life changing and I have seen amazing results with myself, family, and clients.

Over the years, I have read many self-help books, repeated daily affirmations, gone back to school, etc. to improve my life & to help others feel better about themselves and their lives. Even though I learned a lot, I knew there still had to be something out there to work on the mind to change limiting beliefs and thinking patterns that were unconscious. The most important goal of mine was to see lasting changes- preferably permanently. Leaving conferences, classes, etc. one feels so ready to change the world, but often that feeling and motivation is temporary.

Working as a Qigong Practitioner with clients, I have found wonderful techniques for health & wellness, relaxation, peacefulness etc. but knew I still needed to have more support for ones feelings about oneself, love & relationships, abundance, self-esteem, exercise, etc. That is why I was so excited to learn about PSYCH-K™ . The results of the “balances” have been life changing.
Over the past couple of months, I have been able to experience wonderful changes in work, relationship, etc. Files and stacks of research paper clutter that I earlier thought I had to have are now cleared out. (As well as everything in the attic, home, my studio, etc.) I feel more energy than ever, I used to get rashes from dairy, and the rashes are gone, even if I try to introduce it back into my diet. So many areas of my life are improving simply and elegantly. I just love it. When I hear success stories from others, I feel so much happiness since this is what life is supposed to be about. If you ever have a chance to experience this or take the classes, I highly recommend it. Give it a few sessions, and feel areas of your life improve yourself.
